Season's Greetings from the BCPA

There's a lot to write about this month, so let me get right to it!

Congratulations to the National Ballet for their production of the Nutcracker which closed yesterday after a five day stand here at the Center. It was a lovely show and we look forward to seeing them again next year.

The next two weeks at the Center are packed! Please feel free to take some time away from the holiday bustle and join us for an evening.

• Tonight at 7:30 the Bowie High School Choir performs their winter concert.
• Wednesday at 7:30 the Bowie Senior Chorale will present their third concert at the Center. We are thrilled to have them back.
• Thursday the BHS Band and Orchestras perform at 7:30
• Friday, in the Recital Hall, Rythem J studios present their Winter Recital.
• Saturday at 7:30, the Annapolis Chorale, in cooperation with the City of Bowie, shares their Holiday Celebration with the Bowie Audience. Special rates are available for Bowie Residents!
• Sunday at 3:00 in the afternoon, the Bowie High School Gospel Choir presents "Did You Forget What Christmas is About?" Tickets are $5 at the door.
• Finally, to cap off the year for us; join us for a classic Christmas story with a Motown twist. Sisters in His Steps presents Timeless: A Soulful Christmas Musical December 20 and 21 at 3 pm and December 19 and 20 at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $25, $20 students (21 & under) or seniors (65 & over). Also, next week, join us Tuesday at 7:30 PM as the PTSO and BHS recognize the best of Bowie High School at the 2nd annual "Bowie's Best" awards.
