Weekly Update: Tuesday, June 17

Another week's flown by here at the BCPA. As we head into summer things are slowing down for a bit. This weekend we have two private events, one, a staged reading of a work in progress, and the other a memorial service. Beginning next week we are dark for about ten days while the crew PMs and rehangs the main hall lighting. Staff members Will also be painting in both halls, and doing some general cleaning and reorganization around the Center.

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome Kelsey Wesenberg aboard! She joined us in May and will be helping with Center publicity and other administrative tasks.

Kelsey has lived in Bowie almost all of her life and has been involved in the theatre since she was 3 years old. She currently attends Salisbury University, majoring in Theatre with a concentration in Performance and minoring in Music. Her career goal is to become a performer in the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington D.C.
